1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between mm1919 and each individual who registers or uses this platform. These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, all of which together constitute the entire agreement between you and mm1919.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the mm1919 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the mm1919 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the registration date.
• Not a resident or citizen of a country where the use of online betting services is legally prohibited under local law.
• Registering an account under your own true identity — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Never previously banned from the mm1919 platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active phone number. mm1919 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided.

3 Member Account

Upon successful registration, you become a mm1919 member and are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your username and password strictly confidential.
• Ensure no other party uses your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
• Notify mm1919 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

Mm1919 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by another party due to your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged for all members as an added layer of security.

Mm1919 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account suspected of fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or any action that may harm the platform or other members, without prior notice in urgent cases.

4 Deposits & Payments

Mm1919 supports multiple deposit methods including local bank transfer, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other digital payment methods. All deposits are processed through an encrypted and secure system.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM20 for most payment methods.
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 10 minutes.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Member responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from a legitimate source and in your own name.

Mm1919 does not accept third-party deposits. Should it be established that a deposit was made by anyone other than the registered account owner, mm1919 reserves the right to withhold or return the relevant funds and restrict the account involved.

5 Withdrawal

Mm1919 members may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Any wagering (rollover) requirements associated with a bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is approved.

Under normal circumstances, approved withdrawals will be credited to the member's bank account within 15 to 30 minutes. However, in certain cases requiring further review by our finance team, processing may take up to 24 hours.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of promotion within the limits specified in the respective promotion's terms.
• Mm1919 reserves the right to void any bonus claimed fraudulently or through illegitimate means.
• Wagering using bonus funds outside the games permitted under the promotion's terms will not count towards fulfilling the rollover requirement.
• Combining multiple promotions is only permitted if explicitly stated in the respective promotion's terms.

7 Wagering Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under circumstances specifically stated in the game rules.

• Outcomes finalised by the mm1919 system are conclusive and non-disputable, unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error.

For live sports betting, bet outcomes are determined based on the official scores or results announced by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be handled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm1919 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balances:

• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Use of software, bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempts to hack, damage, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the mm1919 platform.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).

9 Account Closure

Members may close their mm1919 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days, subject to the completion of all pending transactions.

Mm1919 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for 12 consecutive months — members will be notified in advance before any action is taken.

If an account is closed at the member's own request and there is no breach of terms, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method after review is complete.

10 Liability Limits

Mm1919 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or failures on the part of the member's internet service provider (ISP).
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment processors.
• Any losses arising from valid betting outcomes in accordance with the game rules.
• Account misuse by third parties resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Under no circumstances shall mm1919's maximum liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy Policy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information by mm1919 is governed by Privacy Policy ours, which form part of this agreement. mm1919 is committed to protecting the privacy of every member in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

12 Terms Amendment

13 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the member and mm1919.

Members acknowledge that it is their responsibility to ensure that use of the mm1919 platform is lawful in their region or country of residence. mm1919 makes no representation that its services are legal for use in all jurisdictions.
